How do I create an account?

 You can create an account when you place your first order.

Click on ‘Register’ on the top right hand side of the page and fill out the required fields.

Once complete you will receive a notification to confirm that your registration has been successful. You will then be able to place your order.

The next time you wish to place an order you can select 'Login' from the top right hand side of the website and you will be asked to enter the password you selected when you registered. Once you have entered this you will be able to place your order.

How long will the order take to be delivered?

What happens if my order arrived faulty / incorrect item?

 Faulty goods / Incorrect items must be returned within 14 days of date of delivery.

The goods need to be returned together with the delivery note or invoice number and your name and address, in order to be entitled to a full refund / replacement.

How do I retrieve MP3s I've just purchased?

 Shortly after payment has been recieved, you should recieve an automated e-mail containing a link. Click on this link, and you will be re-directed to a page containing the MP3 files, which you'll be able to save to your computer.

I didn't recieve the MP3 e-mail link...

 Check your junk/spam box just in case the e-mail containing the MP3 link was re-directed. If there is no sign of the e-mail, please e-mail info@deltaleisuregroup.co.uk, quoting your order number, and we'll resolve the matter.

Recieved the wrong MP3?

 We endeavour to provide you with the best quality MP3 music downloads, and with over 10,000 tracks to download, we may get the odd one wrong!

How do i use my discount code?

 When issued with a discount code it can be redeemed by entering the code in the box marked 'Enter Promotional Code’ on the 'Your Shopping Basket' page.
